I had my first appointment at RBA (Piedmont location) at 7:30 AM for an ultrasound and labs, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. Unfortunately the Marietta office could not accommodate my schedule. Upon arrival, parking and directions were unclear, and the office door was still locked at 7:27 AM. Dr. Rubin actually listened to our concerns and considered my feedback for treament and other issues. She was always knowledgeable, methodical and displayed a great level of bedside manner. I will forever be grateful to her support team consisting of Sharon, Caitlin and Rachel. They showed kindness, were humble if I ever questioned anything and considerate of my experience and what I may be feeling. Through the big wins and losses I felt like I had a supportive medical team.
