Patient Reviews
Only consider this practice if you are comfortable spending significant money on virtual consultations and handling nearly all communication and paperwork through online platform. You may rarely, if ever, meet a doctor in person. My initial appointment was with Dr. Margeaux Oliva. We were told that the first consultation would be a virtual "meet-and-greet" to discuss our situation, answer questions, and determine the next steps. We agreed, assuming this would likely be a one-time virtual visit.
I canβt say enough good things about my experience at the clinic. From start to finish, everything was truly amazing. Dr. Kelley was absolutely amazing to work with, her attention to detail and warm, supportive approach made us feel so cared for. She was truly there for us every step of the way. Our nurse, Rachel, was also incredible she answered all of our questions, and the portal was so easy to use. Everyone was so responsive, and we just felt so thankful for the entire team.
Update: After posting my complaint, the Financial Manager called me-not to apologize for delaying my care, but to 'educate' me on how lucky I am to have good insurance. She admitted they quote long wait times to everyone as a standard policy to cover themselves. It was condescending and completely missed the point: I had the approval ready, and they refused to look at it. This clinic treats patients like numbers to be processed, not humans on a biological clock. Original post: I am writing this
I recently switched to Aspire Fertility after being at two other clinics, and the difference in care has been night and day. Dr. Oliva has been wonderful from our very first consult. Incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and skilled at explaining complex medical information in a way that's easy to follow without a medical background. I feel genuinely confident having her guide me through this journey. But I have to give a special shoutout to her PCC/MA, Chinyere, who has been absolutely amazing. I'
Dr. Kelley is incredibly thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable, and she always takes the time to truly listen and answer every question I have. She has such a calming presence and consistently puts my worries at ease, especially during difficult and emotional moments. Her nurses, Taylor, Jenna, and Rachel, are absolutely amazing as well. They are super responsive, kind, compassionate, and always willing to answer any questions.
