I’m deeply disappointed with our experience. My 21-year-old son was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma stage 2b and sought fertility preservation before treatment. Which puts us in a huge time crunch too. We were informed that his sample showed β€œno sperm seen,” but I left the conversation with very little understanding of what that meant, possible causes, or next steps. After calling back with questions, I was told they would not repeat testing and instead recommended referral to a urolog

I am so happy with my experience. After being diagnosed with cancer, I needed to freeze my embryos within just two week and they made it happen! The team was incredibly responsive, always answering my questions, even late in the evening. Everyone was so kind, supportive, and professional throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate everything they did for me during such a stressful time. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff do not want you to get care. I am unable to send a message to the fertility team via mychart (useless system that does not help with communication unless the care team initiates communications) so I have to call and ask one of the nurses to send me a message so I can send them the paperwork they requested. The front desk lady says, β€œbut you haven’t been seen since Dec 2025”. Because I am trying to get the paperwork together to receive treatment. She then tells me to fax it t

I went to this clinic for egg freezing. Monica, Jordan (NPs) and the embryologist that took care of the pre consultations and consents were informative and kind, but the rest of the experience was awful. Very little communication throughout the actual egg freezing process other than short mychart messages saying what meds to take. No explanation for the reason behind the meds. They also had me rush order another box of menopur which was $585 out of pocket and then I didn’t even end up using them

Didn’t get a chance to meet/set an appointment with the doctor because the receptionist who picked up the phone had awful customer service. Medical receptionist have made me honestly despise them because they think they have medical knowledge and the ability to diagnose conditions. I called to set an appointment and the receptionist was so condescending and rude I ended up hanging up while on hold. Not everybody that sees a reproductive endocrinologist is actively trying to get pregnant in that
