Thank you ARCH! After 4 miscarriages, Dr Huang and Dr Arnett left no stone unturned to make sure we optimized for pregnancy. They are the most research based professionals we’ve ever met and extremely thorough. The office was always welcoming, staff super prompt, making appointments was extremely easy, billing went straight to insurance, and the doctors’ bedside manner was exemplary. Beware of this practice. They will have you buy And buy and buy. Then they will bill you years later for things you didn’t sign up for. Their accounting is a mess. I would get a second opinion before making your decision to go here. We spent lots of money and more money and then left only to be billed for more and more things. Keep all receipts and email correspondence. You’ll need it.

If I could give this clinic a less than one I would. This was the WORST experience I ever had. They were rude and the Doctor repeatedly stated that “He was the professional and knew best” even though I had issues with certain care that was making me Feel Sick. The front desk staff was very incompetent and gave me a headache when it came to being billed! The staff from the office to the nurses are very warm, welcoming, & helpful. Dr Huang and Dr Arnette make a great team. They both are very experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and concerned with my needs as a patient. If and when I’ve had any questions or concerns about any issues, they’ve put my well being first before anything else, and would set up meetings to discuss and educate me on any topics to ensure my comfort to put me at ease before, during, or after a procedure.
