Operations run smoothly, they were late once in 7 seven months with many appts in one month. Nurses work with you to find affordable medicine through local pharmacies. I underwent two IUI procedures and was encouraged to proceed with a third without having essential diagnostic testing performed beforehand, specifically a saline sonogram to evaluate my uterine cavity. Being on time for appointments is important to me. I arrive on time because I respect other people’s schedules, and I expect the same courtesy in return. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 AM, and at 10:30 AM I was still waiting. I understand delays can happen, but a 45-minute wait without clear communication is frustrating and makes the overall experience feel poorly managed.
