Dealing with their billing / finance department is nothing short of a nightmare. When you go for treatment they will not see you unless you give them a credit card. They will charge you, and then you're on your own trying to get your money back from the insurance. Each call to the finance department will take at least an hour because you will be listening to wait music. Never again!
