Nothing negative to say about our experience. From the beginning, everything was explained thoroughly and all of our options were presented. The navigator system is honestly one of the best things about the experience. Kirsty was truly amazing. She was always so kind, supportive, and helpful. She was always following up after appointments and was so helpful with everything from planning out procedures and just general questions. I will genuinely miss that system the most as we move on to OBGYN.

I did my first IVF cycle two years ago. Had a miscarriage at 12 weeks. And then came back to the ivf clinic for second embryo transfer and it was a success! I had a baby boy.
