I completed three egg freezing rounds at RMA and would strongly recommend Spring over RMA for anyone considering this process. (My insurance did not cover Spring.) One structural issue to be aware of: at RMA, you are only guaranteed your assigned doctor for the initial onboarding appointment. I would give RMA zero stars if I could. My experience with RMA involved mistake after mistake during an already stressful and time-sensitive fertility process. The number of communication failures and errors eventually became impossible to overlook. At one point, I was told that my husband had declined labs needed for genetic testing, which was not true. Rather than taking accountability for the miscommunication or error, I felt like they tried to convince me that the mistake was on our end.
I had my hysteroscopy today at RMA, and I truly want to express my gratitude to Dr. Kort and the entire staff. Dr. Kort was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. He came in multiple times, answered every single one of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. All of the nurses and staff were also amazing - very warm, patient, attentive, and supportive. Everyone treated me with genuine kindness and compassion, which made a stressful day
We had such an amazing experience with RMA and Dr. Noel. I wish we could stay with them throughout our whole journey. I really loved the all female staff, the communication, and the appointment availability. They made a difficult process and situation as easy as possible.
