Can't ever get this place to call you back. Truly. To make an appointment, get an update. It's wild that they are still in business with such poor customer service. The Doctor that I had was wonderful, but I could never get a hold of her or her team to make an appointment--most of my friends had the same experience. Hard pass.
Not sure where to start, cause I don't know how to make it short We in April of 2026. There's been a Prior auth from the insurance since April 4th. I called the insurance cause theres one of the code they denied, then I called the clinic, they transfered me to financial, I left a VM. Then got a call back on April 8th from financial, she said I got ur VM " how can help u" I told her there's a prior auth for my procedures, I haven't get a called back yet, & partial of it was denied based on the cl
I used Boston IVF for elective egg freezing and had a really positive experience. The process felt a bit confusing at first, but the staff were always responsive (whether through the patient portal or when I left a voicemail). Everyone I interacted with was kind and patient. Dr. Sneeringer seemed very knowledgeable and I was able to freeze 23 viable eggs.
Our experience while in the office was completely different than over the phone. In person my wife and I found the staff and doctors to be very comforting, hospitable and professional. Over the phone, our experience swung to the opposite end of the pendulum. We have had issues with them picking up their phones, returning phone calls, and returning emails. We moved away and have been asking for them to transfer our embryo to a clinic closer to where we live now, but neither us nor our new fer
I regret getting services provided through Boston IVF. I was there to support my partner through procedures to potentially preserve fertility before she goes into chemo, and to get a sperm analysis to see about my role in the process (in case we wanted to try for freezing embryos). My partner was given prior notice of costs for her treatments which would be uncovered, and specifically consented to and paid for them beforehand. I was re-assured several times, after my insurance had been provided
