Throughout the process I repeatedly asked about strategies to improve follicle synchronization or adjust the protocol, but the clinic refused to modify anything in their approach. I’m currently undergoing IVF, and there have been several times when important tests were missed. It’s been very stressful. A close friend of mine was trying IUI, and she missed the timing multiple times, to the point where she couldn’t even proceed with treatment and felt completely discouraged. Sometimes it feels like the clinic is taking on too many patients, and as a result, things are not being managed as carefully as they should be.

This is the worst fertility center you could be working with - the whole team is just rude, money hungry and botched our retrieval and subsequent transfer. Please trust the numerous reviews and stay away. This is not MGH quality care. Particularly stay away from Drs Shiffren and Petrozza. Both horrible human beings.
