The staff is overall friendly and welcoming. Be sure to review everything nefore you move forward with any treatment . They are all about working with you until it’s time to do so, their billing department is not understanding and not willing to work with you, many fertility clinics around that have high success rates, great reviews and nicer people, glad i recommend others now. CCRM is just a big name now with no true patient care, wonder if that’s why Dr.N left also.
