I went through two failed rounds of IVF at this clinic. I had a horrible experience. The first time I responded well to protocols but ovulated early which is extremely rare. I walked into my egg retrieval with excruciating pain and was still made to walk over to the operating room bed while experiencing this pain. I told several people that day I was in a lot of pain. After the egg retrieval, The doctor I had walked into our room, told me I ovulated early, never even acknowledged my husband, and

I work at TCH and I came to the fertility clinic after we suffered multiple miscarriages. Lauren is AMAZING. She always answered all my questions and made me feel like I mattered in the clinic. She works under Leah Schenk- I do not recommend her if you are looking for someone personable and has a caring manner. She has a very flat affect- and even mentioned surrogacy on the first meeting which made no sense in my case nor did it give me any hope. We did 1 IUI and then 3 medicated cycles with ti

I cannot express the gratitude I have for this fertility center. After a rough go at a different fertility clinic I came here. Dr. Huang was confident in every step of the process that I would get pregnant. I know that every patient is different and won’t get results but his confidence made me hopeful even if it didn’t work. Always answered my questions. Nurse Bobbie replied always that day. I am lucky and it did work for me. But even if it didn’t the kindness here can’t be outmatched. Thank you

If i could give zero stars i would! I originally started my fertility journey (February 2024) at The Texas Family Fertility Cetner at Chi St. Lukes in the The Woodlands because it was closer to my home. However, I would also have to go to the The Family Fertility Center at Texas Fertility Pavilion for Women on main street in Houston, Texas. My doctor was Dr. Leah Schenk. Dr. Leah Schenk charged me a lot of money to run test and to see if my body could actually go through the egg freezing fertili

Hands down, this is the best fertility spot. If you want to have the highest chances of having a baby(s) come here. You won't regret it. Just be aware that, unless you are planning on paying CASH and not using insurance, you will have constant billing issues. The billing department is the biggest nightmare I have ever encountered. Susie at the Fertility Center is amazing and was so helpful in all of my many grievances, but the people who are actually in charge of billing are horrible. I was ove
