I am deeply disappointed by the care I received at this fertility clinic. During one of the most vulnerable times of my life I felt completely unsupported. My doctor did not properly communicate or reach out by phone or follow up in any meaningful way. Would not recommend. They handled our miscarriage very poorly- left us in the exam room for 40 minutes for our appointment waiting to confirm the baby’s heartbeat had stopped and we could hear the staff laughing and yelling in the hallway the entire time. My husband poked his head out of the door several times. Do better!
My wife and I have seen Dr. Sabouni for both our first son and now our current pregnancy. She is consistently caring and compassionate, and both her and her team provide an amazing level of care. We highly reccomend her to anyone starting their fertility journey!
