Dr.S, my nurse Betsy and many others who stepped in at different times of my journey were simply amazing. Both clinics at NYC are clean and have beautiful decor, organized and prompt. I have been a patient at kindbody for 9 months now. Their entire staff is so warm and helpful. I actually look forward to my appointments because the office has such a calming and friendly vibe. The level of care and attention from the doctor, nurses, and ultrasound technicians is excellent.
Beautiful space with friendly and very attentive staff. I usually get a bit nervous to get my annual women’s exam, but I have to say it was a breeze this year. My doctor was super friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. The practice is beautifully decorated and you don’t feel like you are going for a doctors checkup. Would definitely recommend.
I would not recommend Kindbody. From my experience, they do not care about patients-they care about money. Be very careful and know exactly what you’re getting into before starting with them. They have hidden fees, and it feels like every week you’re being charged for something that was never clearly explained upfront.
