I was very disappointed with my experience. Before my appointment, the office already knew that I had two insurance plans. My secondary insurance, Cigna, provides coverage for infertility treatment and is in-network. During my visit, I explained this to Dr. Chong. However, he told me that insurance would “normally reject the claim” and refused to process my Cigna insurance for my fertility treatment.
