Infertility is a hard journey to go through. Dr. Krotz and his team at Inovi fertility have made this journey a lot easier. The staff and Dr. Krotz were extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, caring and always there when I needed them. They never gave up on us and thanks to this wonderful team I’m expecting my miracle baby girl. If it wasn't for Dr. Krotz we wouldn’t be here today celebrating and I just want to say thank you for everything yall have done!

We came to Inovi after 2 miscarriages, we had been to another fertility clinic before but it didn't feel like the right fit. Coming here felt warm and like we were in the right hands. We loved Dr. Krotz but his staff is TERRIBLE. They were consistently unclear about what the thousands of dollars we were paying were going. Imagine paying thousands-coming in for an appointment and find out you needed to pay another $500-900 THAT DAY because it wasn’t included in the cost breakdown. This happened consistently. I feel so blessed to have found Dr Krotz and his team at Inovi. Thanks to them I have my wonderful daughter. The office staff are great to work with. Dr. Krotz monitors you closely and follows up directly. IVF is physically and emotionally hard but they do their best to guide you through every step and make it as comfortable as possible. I had undiagnosed fertility issues and had to do multiple rounds. Each time Dr Krotz tweaked the plan, monitored me closely and each time we got better results.
