When I came to Gen5, I was very skeptical and guarded. I previously had a terrible experience at another clinic, and honestly, I had started to believe that having biological children could be too late for me. Just from my initial appointment with Dr. Wood, I learned more than I ever had at my previous clinic. Dr. Wood is extremely knowledgeable and truly exceptional at what he does. Dr. Adams and her lab team are also top-notch. Thanks to the care and expertise at Gen5, I had excellent results

From the very first consultation, the Chinese team - Supervisor Fan and Jean - were so patient and supportive. They really took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered every single question I had, which made me feel understood and confident right from the start. Throughout the treatment, the whole team was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They not only focused on achieving the best results, but also checked in on how I was feeling physically and emotionally. Any adjustm

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Gen5 Fertility Center truly deserves one. Fertility treatment can be an emotional and overwhelming journey, but from the very beginning, the team at Gen5 made me feel supported, cared for, and never alone. Jean and Fan were the first people I interacted with, and they set the tone for everything that followed. They were incredibly patient, responsive, and genuinely kind. No matter how many questions I had, they always took the time to explai

I’m approaching 43, and we’re incredibly grateful for our experience with Dr. Wood and the team at Gen5. Throughout the entire journey, Dr. Wood and the team continued to encourage me and helped me build confidence. After three cycles, we were able to achieve two beautiful euploid embryos-one female and one male (graded 4AA and 4BB). This truly means so much to us, and we couldn’t be more thankful. During the initial consultation, Dr. Wood and Fan really impressed me. They took the time to ans

Choosing a fertility clinic isn't a decision I took lightly, and a few months into my treatment at Gen5, I already feel strongly enough about the experience to share it. Dr. Wood was a big part of why I committed here - his expertise is clear from the first conversation, but what I value just as much is how straightforward he is, never overselling, never dismissive, just calm and clear in a way that makes me trust the plan we're on. Around him is a team that honestly might be the real magic of t
