Patient Reviews
The clinic demonstrated several issues with communication, coordination, and overall patient experience throughout the fertility evaluation process. While some staff members and external providers were excellent, the overall experience at the clinic felt disorganized and inconsistent. There were multiple instances where important procedural information was either not communicated or communicated too late - including preparation requirements for the HSG procedure, which resulted in an unnecessar
Iβm a Seattleβbased patient, and after trying three other clinics, I truly wish I had reached out to Hanabusa much sooner. The difference in care has been night and day. Outside monitoring can definitely be tricky, but everyone at Hanabusa has made the process feel manageable, supportive, and far less stressful than what I experienced elsewhere. From the very beginning, I felt cared for. When I first contacted the clinic, I had a long list of questions. Diana took the time to answer every singl
Dr Chang and the whole team here are just incredible. His analytical approach meant he was able to understand why weβd been unsuccessful before, and he took an incredibly tailored & thoughtful approach for my protocol. He was always honest with us and we even cancelled a few cycles to make sure we went through the retrieval when things were the most optimal. I cannot recommend Hanabusa and Dr Chang enough - I never felt like just another rushed patient (like I did with so many other drs). Highly
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hanabusa IVF and the incredible care I received there. After being told by a previous doctor that I had poor egg quality and would need to consider egg donation or adoption, my partner and I felt devastated; but we decided to seek a second opinion from Dr. Le Blanc. Dr. Le Blanc was my primary physician and Dr. Chang performed some of my procedures, as well. Both doctors were meticulous, thoughtful, and deeply committed to my care. Dr. Le Blanc identif
I had a great experience with Dr. Chang and his staff at Hanabusa IVF. They did a frozen embryo transfer for me that just resulted in the birth of my baby boy! Dr. Chang was very thoughtful and careful in the methodology he chose for my specific circumstances to increase the chances of success. It was very appreciative and a much better experience than my previous transfer elsewhere. I've sent others to see him as well.
