This company is intensely unethical. We were sent an email they were closing their Irvine location and began trying to transfer our tissue out, no one would respond to emails for up to five days. We were then given THREE DAYS notice as a final deadline to transfer out our tissue. Our embryos were held hostage with a last minute transfer out fee of $1200 which had doubled without us ever having been alerted. Convenient for if you are closing a location without proper notice. No one would write us

This is the worst facility I ever went to. Years later, I’m still traumatized by how incompetent the doctors were in helping me with infertility. Everything from lack of timeline coordination (I had to manage my own protocol with barely any help), to not getting ANY viable embryos because they didn't properly medicate me to collect enough eggs. In November 2024, I paid $18,700 to Lucina Egg Bank (which works with RSMC) for eight frozen donor eggs. Before I paid, I was told that if none of the eight eggs led to a usable embryo, I would receive six additional eggs for free. I also paid $8,967.50 to RSMC for the lab work to create blastocysts. It was my first time in the U.S., but the hospital arranged everything through a travel agency including visa, accommodation, and flight ticket. When I got to the hospital, there was even a Chinese translator, which made everything so much easier. The hospital itself is huge, super clean, and well-organized. The service was top-notch and very professional. Overall, I’d give it a really high rating!
